2. Our Right to Decline Your Order

 2.1 - We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient stock to fulfil your order.

  • We do not deliver to your location.

  • Errors in pricing due to typographical mistakes or supplier misinformation.
     2.2 - If we refuse your order after payment, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund within 30 days. We will not be liable for any additional compensation.

3. Pricing

 3.2 - Additional delivery charges may apply based on location.
 3.3 - All transactions are processed in GBP. Currency conversions displayed on our website are for reference only and may vary at the time of payment.

4. Your Right to Cancel

 4.1 - You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day after the goods are received without providing a reason.
 4.2 - To cancel, you must notify us in writing.
 4.3 - If the goods have been received, they must be returned at your own cost and risk in their original condition.
 4.4 - Custom-made or special order items can only be returned if faulty or delivered in error.
 4.5 - Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
 4.6 - If returned goods are damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct the cost from your refund.

5. Delivery of Goods

 5.1 - Goods will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
 5.2 - We aim to deliver within the timeframe specified at checkout but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery will be completed within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
 5.3 - Ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery. After delivery, we are not responsible for loss or damage.

6. Fraud Prevention

 6.1 - We use fraud prevention checks and may disclose your information to credit reference or fraud prevention agencies.
 6.2 - By accepting these terms, you consent to these checks. No credit checks are performed, and your credit score will not be affected.

7. Notices

8. Events Beyond Our Control

 We are not liable for failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to strikes, system failures, natural disasters, or supplier disruptions.

9. Payments

 9.1 - We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Personal cheques are not accepted.
 9.2 - Payments are secured using SSL encryption to protect your data.

10. Cancellation Policy

 10.1 - Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. If the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and you must return the goods upon receipt.

11. Users & Accounts

12. Entire Agreement
