We charge a flat rate of £50 for delivery, ensuring that your items arrive in pristine condition within 7 to 10 business days. APO/PO Box Addresses:
For security and logistical reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
Duties & Taxes:
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties, VAT, or additional import charges imposed by UK customs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with HM Revenue & Customs to determine applicable charges before placing your order.
Complimentary Items:
Orders exceeding 10 products do not automatically include complimentary items. Exceptions may apply in cases approved by our customer support representatives.
Other Policies:
Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier company. If the order is placed on hold due to any reason or delivery is attempted when the customer is unavailable, it is the customer's duty to coordinate with the courier for rescheduling.
If delivery attempts fail multiple times, the courier company may dispose of the parcel. In such cases, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders.
Multiple orders shipping to the same address may be combined into a single shipment at our discretion (unless otherwise instructed).
Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. Customers must contact the respective courier company for further assistance.
Tracking Information:

All orders over £450.00 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your purchase.
